This is the closest airport from the venue. When leaving the airport complex, walk (2 minutes) to the airport train station.
Take the IR train (every 30 minutes) direction Lausanne and stop at Rennens. From Rennens train station directly take the metro M1 (TSOL) and stop at EPFL. There is only one metro line leaving from Rennens and this line starts right next to the train platform 1. The metro leaves every 5 to 10 minutes.
Another option is to take the IC train to Lausanne. At Lausanne go out the main exit, you should see a McDonalds on the other side of the street. Take the metro M2 (TSOL), located near the McDonalds, and stop at Flon (1st stop). From Flon take the M1 metro line and stop at EPFL.
